UIA believes that the sustainability of the family has to be addressed in an integrated manner. This philosophy resulted in the integration of the three below mentioned programmes;Uplift is supporting his member organization through 3 main programmes namely; Uplift Wealth, Uplift Health and Uplift Family;

Uplift Wealth (Income Generation Programme ) - The programme aims to improve the socio-economic status of the poor by building the capacity of Community Based Institutions that deliver relevant financial, capacity building and livelihood development services.

Uplift Health (Community Based Health Mutual Fund Programme) - This health micro insurance model aims to smoothen the financial shock that a family may face due to unexpected health event through the mechanism of community risk pooling where solidarity and responsibility to ones' health are the guiding values.

Uplift Family - The programme aims to enhance overall sustainability of families through intervention in social, educational and family related issues.
