Family Development Programme

Mission

The aim of UpLift Family programme is to facilitate economic and health sustainability of partners through intervention in social, educational and family problems of the partners.

Projects

Network NGOs run following Projects;

Family Development Project

The aim is to give proper guidance to families in need and referring families to other service providers through Regular Home visits and Guidance Centre.

Early Childhood Development Project

ECD project’s aim is to make mothers responsible towards their role as a parent.During 6 months of span, through 24 learning sessions, mothers and their 0 to 3 years children get information and practical trainings on different issues related to child development and child rearing.

Crèche

Crèche is a social enterprise for the well being of the children and working mothers in the communities. It also is an income generation activity for the Crèche conductors. The interested women from the same community are selected and trained to be the crèche conductors and helpers.

Education

These activities like Pre-schools (balwadis) Coaching classes Drop out classes cover educational needs for poor children living in communities from pre-primary to primary education. Education activities are exclusively implemented by Snehdeep Janakalyan Foundation.

Sponsorship

School going children and college students get support via sponsorship for part of educational material, tuition fees vocational guidance or class fees for other vocation or skill building; by supporting and guiding the families in any other issues, betterment in the situation is sought for.

UpLift India Association provides technical support to the NGOs network in:

· Training

· Network help in execution and follow-up of the projects in the organisation

· Monitoring and Evaluation Tools before and after evaluation

· Social Marketing of the project in the community and the Network

· Fund Raising (grants, equity or loans) & Governance Support
